This fantastic villa is the largest of the Albatros 2 complex, boasting a very large private patio area.

Within this patio area is an extensive sunbathing area and a lovely stone dining table, perfect for soaking up the sunshine during your relaxing stay.

This all fronts onto the garden and a fantastic communal pool, which has a kids area. From just 25m away from the pool, it’s perfectly located for some swimming and is visible from the patio.

It is perfect for families with both young children and teenagers (stairgates and travel cots available) with the pool providing a safe play area.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room, BBQ plus electric BBQ, 2 fridges, 2 bathrooms, (1 bath 2 showers) UK TV internet and a selection of videos and books.

The beach on the Mar Menor is a 5 minute walk away, this is one of the best water sport areas in Europe with 35 water sport schools in the area.

The Tennis and Paddel club with gym is 300 metres away and open to all.
